Welcome to the Caregistix! Caregistix is a technology partner to Carevotion that connects patients and health care providers (“Provider(s)”) for non-emergency home or office visits and telemedicine consultations (“Appointments”)! Before using Caregistix, please take some time to carefully read our Terms of Service below (“Terms,” or “Agreement”). The Terms below constitutes a binding contract between you and Caregistix.
Caregistix, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, (together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors – collectively “Caregistix,” “we,” “us,” and/or “our”) partners with Carevotion LLC to provide access to the Carevotion website located at www.Carevotion.com (including all the areas available through such website, collectively, the “Site”), downloading the Carevotion mobile application (“App”), and/or using the various healthcare scheduling and telemedicine services (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, together with the Site, the “Services”).
By using the Services, in any manner, you, the user (collectively “Users,” or “you”), acknowledge and agree to these legally binding Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published on the Services by Caregistix, which are incorporated by reference. Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information from our Users, is available at https://www.Carevotion.com/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Application or our Services.
We may change these Terms from time to time. If changes occur, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Site or by email to the email affiliated with your account. Updated versions of the Terms will never apply retroactively and the updated Terms will give the exact date they go into effect. Significant changes will go into effect no less than 30 days after we notify you. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to the Terms means you accept those new terms. In addition, some services offered through the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions adopted by Caregistix. Your use of those services means you agree to be subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by this reference.
1. The Services
Caregistix is an administrative and technology service provider that owns the Application, which is licensed to Carevotion, and does not refer or recommend any physician or medical service. Rather, the Application is a platform that allows you to transmit a request for an Appointment with a Provider, and provides the capability for Carevotion to respond and schedule an Appointment for you and may facilitate communication between you and the Provider. Upon a request for an Appointment from a Provider, at your direction, the App will transmit your request to Carevotion, including your location, which will be used to determine whether the Carevotion provides services in your area. Upon providing certain relevant information to Carevotion through the Application, if a Provider licensed to practice medicine in the applicable jurisdiction is available, Carevotion will then choose whether or not to dispatch a Provider to your location; provided, however, that the Provider may, in his or her best judgment, based on information received prior to or during the Appointment, determine that he or she is unable to provide treatment.
To request an Appointment for a minor patient or an adult patient who has a legal guardian, you must be the legal guardian, or an individual with uncontested legal authority to arrange for and consent to the treatment of the patient. By using the Services and requesting an Appointment for a patient that has a legal guardian, you represent that you have the legal authority to make that request and you guarantee that the legal guardian of patient will be physically present for the duration of the requested Appointment. If a legal guardian is unable to be physically present at the house call, the legal guardian may provide Caregistix with prior, written authorization that identifies by name an individual who has the power and authority to consent to the treatment of the minor patient. You understand and agree, that if a legal guardian is not present or an authorization to consent to treatment is not received prior to the visit, then a patient with a legal guardian cannot receive the requested medical care and a cancellation fee of up to $150.00 will be applied against your account.
2. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You may view content on the Services without registering for an account, but as a condition of using certain aspects of the Services, including scheduling Appointments and communicating with Providers through the platform, you are required to create a Caregistix account. If you sign up for a user account, you must select a username and password and provide accurate, complete, and updated contact information, identification details, and any other form of authentication that Caregistix may request in its sole discretion. By submitting the registration information requested you represent and warrant to us that all of the personal information you provide during this process is true and correct. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your registration or your use of the Services if we determine that you have not provided complete and accurate information regarding your identity and/or have otherwise not provided accurate information.
You also agree that you will not choose or use a user name that: (i) belongs to another person or is used with the intent of impersonating another person; or (ii) is subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization. You may never use another person’s sign-in details to access the Application and/or Services.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, or other known account-related security breach, you must report it to support@Caregistix.com immediately. You agree that you are responsible for anything that happens through your account until you close your account or prove that your account security was compromised due to no fault of your own. You may terminate your account at any time.
Caregistix cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Regardless of whether you create an account, you are still subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms covering the delivery of the Services. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Application.
3. Provision of Medical Services
Carevotion is a licensee of the Caregistix, and the Providers of Carevotion, are not employees of Caregistix. Employees of Caregistix never provide health care services or advice and do not take part in your diagnosis and/or treatment.
Caregistix does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, health care or service providers, medications, products or procedures. You acknowledge that your reliance on any Providers that you select for an Appointment on the Services or information provided by such Providers to you is solely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for all risk associated therewith, as allowable by the extent of the law.
You understand and agree that Caregistix is not liable for any actions or inactions of Carevotion or a Provider, including, without limitation, Caregistix is shall not be liable for any professional advice from a Provider that is provided to a user in-person, via telephone, or through any other communication, even if the communication is facilitated by Caregistix.
Consult with your current licensed health care provider as necessary and before seeking any new treatment or before you alter, suspend, or initiate any change in your medical treatment, medication routine or health care related procedure or activity. Do not disregard medical advice issued to you by your regular licensed health care provider.
You may be required to review and accept separate agreements with Carevotion when you receive medical services. These agreements may include, but are not limited to, information regarding the medical services, payment requirements, assignment of benefits, indemnification, and information security, including the handling of your Protected Health Information. Carevotion, and their Providers, are independent of Caregistix, and Caregistix is not responsible for any issues you may have with respect to Carevotion’s or a Provider’s professionalism, timeliness, medical treatment, diagnosis or advice, information provided, or any other actions or omissions arising from, or incident to, any services provided by Carevotion or Providers.
All Carevotion Providers on the Services hold professional licenses issued by the professional licensing boards in the states where they practice. You can report a complaint relating to services provided by a Provider by contacting the professional licensing board in the state where the services were received. Any clinical records created as a result of your use of the Services will be securely maintained by Caregistix on behalf of Carevotion for a period that is no less than the minimum number of years such records are required to be maintained under state and federal law, and which is typically at least six years.
4. DISCLAIMERS REGARDING THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE
IF YOU REQUEST TO BE CONNECTED WITH A PROVIDER, AN ELECTRONIC SERVICE REQUEST NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT TO CAREVOTION. IF CAREVOTION HAS AN AVAILABLE PROVIDER, AN IN-PERSON MEETING BETWEEN YOU AND THE PROVIDER, AT A LOCATION OF YOUR CHOOSING MAY OCCUR. NO MEDICAL CARE OR ADVICE SHALL BE PROVIDED DIRECTLY TO YOU FROM CAREGISTIX. A REPORT OF YOUR SYMPTOMS WILL BE CONVEYED TO CAREVOTION AND PROVIDERS.
BY USING THE APPLICATION OR OUR SERVICES YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CAREGISTIX IS NOT A MEDICAL ORGANIZATION OR HOSPITAL, NOR IS IT STAFFED BY MEDICALLY TRAINED PERSONNEL, AND CAREGISTIX DOES NOT REFER OR RECOMMEND ANY PARTICULAR MEDICAL PRACTICE OR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CAREGISTIX’S EMPLOYEES CANNOT PROVIDE YOU WITH MEDICAL ADVICE AND NOTHING THAT YOU MAY READ IN OR THROUGH THE USE OF THIS APPLICATION OR OUR SERVICES SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS MEDICAL ADVICE. CAREGISTIX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR RELEVANCE OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APPLICATION, OR THE SERVICE OF PROVIDERS SENT TO YOU OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY THROUGH THE APPLICATION.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Caregistix does not charge you a fee for your use of the Service. Carevotion, as your healthcare provider, currently may charge you in connection with providing Appointments (“Fee”). Caregistix, through its payment processing partners, collects for Carevotion through the Services.
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. By providing Caregistix with your payment information, you agree that Caregistix is authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable hereunder and that no additional notice or consent is required. If your health plan, employer or agency has arranged to pay the fee or any portion of the fee, that fee adjustment will be reflected in the fee that you are ultimately charged. Please check with your employer, health plan or agency to determine if any Services will be reimbursed. If you do not have insurance coverage for Services, or if your coverage is denied, you acknowledge and agree that you shall be personally responsible for all incurred expenses. You understand and agree that for Services provided on an Appointment basis, you may be responsible for a missed Appointment fee of up to $100.00.
6. License
We grant to you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license to use the Services. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the Application is for your personal and non-commercial use. The Services, including, without limitation, the content, metadata, design, organization, compilation, look and feel, the source, object and HTML code and all other protectable intellectual property available through the Services (the “Intellectual Property”) are the property of Caregistix or the property of our licensors. Our Intellectual Property is protected in many ways, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other rights and laws. You agree to respect all legal notices, information, and restrictions contained in any content accessed through the Services. You also agree not to change, translate, or otherwise create derivative works based off our content. All rights regarding the Intellectual Property not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Caregistix.
7. Limitations of Use
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by the Terms or law. The Services are provided only for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Services.
You understand and agree that you will not use the Services to engage in the prohibited conduct below:
- You shall not stalk or otherwise harass another user of our Services, any Caregistix or Carevotion employees, or any Providers;
- You shall not use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection and privacy, and import or export control;
- You shall not post, store, send, transmit, or disseminate any information or material which infringes any patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or any other proprietary or intellectual property rights;
- You shall not use the Services to upload, post, or transmit by any means, or otherwise make available any content or materials that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- You shall not directly or indirectly decipher, decompile, remove, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Services, security-related features of the Services, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Services, or features that enforce limitations on use of the Services, except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction;
- You shall not directly or indirectly modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of any part of the Services;
- You shall not directly or indirectly sell, reproduce, copy, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer any of the rights that you receive hereunder;
- You shall not directly or indirectly take any action that constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any junk mail, spam, or chain letters;
- You shall not directly or indirectly take any action that imposes or may impose (as determined by Caregistix in its sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Caregistix’s or its third-party providers’ infrastructure; or,
- You shall not run Maillist, Listserv, or any form of auto-responder or “spam” on the Service; or use manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to “crawl” or “spider” any page of the Site.
If for any reason, Caregistix determines that you have failed to follow these rules, we reserve the right to prohibit any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof) by you. If we have reason to suspect, or learn that anyone is violating these Terms, we may investigate and/or take legal action as necessary including bringing a lawsuit for damages caused by the violation. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, cooperating with and assisting law enforcement or government agencies in any resulting investigations of illegal conduct.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by sending us an email at support@Caregistix.com. If your account is cancelled, Caregistix reserves the right to remove your account information along with any account settings from our servers with NO liability or notice to you. Once your account information and account settings are removed, you will not be able to recover this data and you will lose access to all of your content (except that content stored/published to third-party websites, that data will remain on said third-party websites pursuant to those website’s terms and conditions).
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. You acknowledge and understand that our rights regarding any content you submitted to the website before your account was terminated shall survive termination.
9. Feedback
Caregistix shall become the owner of any reviews, comments, suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services posted to the Services or on Caregistix’s social media pages (collectively, “Feedback”) and it may share with any of its affiliates. Caregistix will not be required to treat any Feedback as confidential and will not be liable for any Feedback posted on the Services or elsewhere. Without limitation, Caregistix will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Feedback of every kind and nature everywhere and will be entitled to use the Feedback for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, including to advertise and promote Caregistix, without compensation to you or any other person sending the Feedback. You specifically waive any “moral rights” in and to the Feedback.
10. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES
YOU USE THE APPLICATION, THE SERVICES AND OUR WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY APPOINTMENT THAT YOU SCHEDULE VIA THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS OR EFFICACY OF THE CONTENT OF THE APPLICATION, AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES IN SUCH CONTENT OR IN THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, INCLUDING THE SERVICES, INFORMATION AND ADVICE PROVIDED BY CAREVOTION OR PROVIDERS OR THROUGH OUR APPLICATION OR WEBSITE. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ACCESS TO, AND USE OF, THE APPLICATION, OUR WEBSITE, CAREVOTION AND PROVIDERS, AND THE CONTENT AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE FOREGOING IS ON AN “AS-IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS, OFFERINGS, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE APPLICATION OR OUR WEBSITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE AVAILABILITY, USE, OR RESULTS OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY CAREVOTION AND PROVIDERS. IF ANY APPLICABLE AUTHORITY HOLDS ANY PORTION OF THIS SECTION TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THEN OUR LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAREGISTIX, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS, BE LIABLE UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES (I) FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES (HOWEVER ARISING), (II) FOR ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE (REGARDLESS OF THE SOURCE OF ORIGINATION), OR (III) FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00). SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THESE JURISDICTIONS, CAREGISTIX’S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. DISCLAIMERS REGARDING THE PROVISION OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES
CAREGISTIX DOES NOT REFER, RECOMMEND, OR ENDORSE CAREVOTION OR ANY PROVIDER THAT LICENSES THE APPLICATION. ANY STATEMENTS, PROGRAMS, OPINIONS, OR OTHER INFORMATION THAT MAY BE PROVIDED TO YOU BY CAREVOTION OR A PROVIDER ARE SOLELY ATTRIBUTABLE TO CAREVOTION OR THE PROVIDER AND NOT CAREGISTIX. RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CAREVOTION OR ANY PROVIDER ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. CAREGISTIX MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT, ABILITY OR THE EFFICACY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS OR RELEVANCE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CAREVOTION OR ANY PROVIDER AND/OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CAREVOTION OR SAID PROVIDER OR BY THIRD PARTIES FEATURED ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES. CAREVOTION AND PROVIDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH REGULATORY AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MALPRACTICE AND LIABILITY INSURANCE. ALL INTERACTIONS WITH PROVIDERS ARE BETWEEN YOU AND THE LICENSED PROVIDER. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD CAREGISTIX LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY MALPRACTICE OR SUBSTANDARD TREATMENT THE PROVIDER MAY RENDER TO YOU FOR WHOM YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. IN NO EVENT SHALL CAREGISTIXBE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU, ANY MINOR FOR WHOM YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE, OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION, PROGRAM OR SUGGESTION PROVIDED TO YOU BY CAREVOTION OR A PROVIDER OR COMMUNICATIONS OR MEETINGS BETWEEN OR AMONG YOU, ANY MINOR FOR WHOM YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE, AND ANY PHYSICIANS, MEMBERS OR ANY OTHER PERSONS YOU MEET THROUGH THE SERIVCES. YOU AGREE TO TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS IN ALL INTERACTIONS WITH PROVIDERS. FURTHER, CAREGISTIX DOES NOT RECOMMEND, AND YOU AGREE TO BE WHOLLY RESPONSIBLE, IF YOU OR ANY MINOR OR PATIENT FOR WHOM YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE DECIDES TO MEET OFFLINE OR IN PERSON WITH ANY PROVIDER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and to hold harmless Caregistix, together with its officers and directors, from any and all liabilities, penalties, claims, causes of action, and demands brought by third-parties (including the costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees on account thereof) arising, resulting from or relating to: (a) your use of the Services site or your inability to use the Application, Services or our website; (b) an allegation that you violated any representation, warranty, covenant or condition in this Agreement; (c) your intentional or negligent misrepresentation or misuse confidential or protected information. Your agreement to defend, to indemnify, and to hold Caregistix harmless applies whether any claim against Caregistix is based in allegations of violation(s) of law or contract or tort (including strict liability), and regardless of the form of action, including but not limited to your violation of any third-party rights, a claim that the Services caused damage to you or to any third party and/or your use and access to the Services. This indemnification section shall survive your termination of or cessation of use of the Services.
14. Third-Party Web Sites, Products and Services
The Services may permit you to link to other websites or resources on the internet. Links on the Services to third party websites, if any, are provided only as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Services. The inclusion or integration of third-party services or links does not imply control of, endorsement by, or affiliation with Caregistix. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and such third parties. You agree that Caregistix will not be responsible or liable for any content, goods or services provided on or through these outside websites or for your use or inability to use such websites. You will use these links at your own risk.
15. Integration and Severability
These Terms and other referenced material constitutes the entire agreement between you and Caregistix with respect to the Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and Caregistix with respect to the Services and govern the future relationship. If a court in any final, unappealable proceeding holds any provision of these Terms or its application to any person or circumstance invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms, shall not be affected, and shall be valid, legal and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Assignment
The Terms are personal to you, and are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with Caregistix’s prior written consent. Any assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void. Caregistix may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without consent.
17. Governing Law; Choice of Forum; and Waiver of Trial by Jury
These Terms (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law, and without application of the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act or the United Nations Convention of Controls for International Sale of Goods. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use or non-use of the Services, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County in the State of Texas and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. You irrevocably waive any right you may have to trial by jury in any dispute, action, or proceeding.
18. Geographic Limits of Service
Caregistix makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States or all territories within the United States. If you access the Service from other locations, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree that you will not access the Services from any territory where the contents are illegal, and that you, and not Caregistix, are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Caregistix reserves the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to limit the availability and accessibility of the Services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we so desire.
19. Modifications to Service
Caregistix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including, but not limited to, the availability of any feature, database, or content), whether temporarily or permanently at any time for any reason. You agree that Caregistix shall not be liable to your or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services. Caregistix may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.
